| Formal Portraits are taken. (some people do this at the ceremony site, others travel to a favorite spot, or some take these right at the reception. |
| Guest go to the reception site and begin the cocktail hour |
| Bride and groom arrive from pictures. Sometimes they mingle other times they rest! |
| Guests are seated at their tables. |
| Wedding party, parents, Bride and Groom are announced. |

| Of course these are only suggested timelines...The order can be mixed up to anyway you would like. Discuss this with your DJ/Band. Remember your DJ/Band will be directing you through the wedding. The more he/she is aware of what you want the better off you will be. |

| You can go to any town for a license. It covers the entire state of New York. |
